Oil or butter on barbecue grill
Use high-burning oil or butter to grease the grill before use. This prevents food from sticking to the grill and makes grilling on a bbq grill even easier. Butter has a lower smoke point and can therefore burn faster and give off unpleasant flavours if used too hot.
