Ik heb vorige maand een sudderpot aangeschaft. Ik kwam er pas achter toen deze binnen was, dat er bij dit merk geen deksellifter bij zat. Deze was helaas ook niet apart te bestellen, maar zat wel bij een ander merk erbij. Ik heb contact gezocht met een van de medewerkers en mij is keurig een deksellifter thuis bezorgd. Ik ben een en al lof over de prima service van dit bedrijf.
