Simply place the griddle, also called a plancha, on the fire pit and your cooking adventure can begin!
Outdoor cooking over an authentic fire
The plancha is a practical accessory that is a must-have! You can easily place the griddle on the edge of the fire pit thanks to the handle. The fire inside the fire pit heats up the plate, allowing you to cook outdoors. Experiment with different dishes and enjoy the fresh air at the same time. Optionally, you can also add a half grill, allowing you to both grill and cook for the complete cooking experience!
Cleaning and maintenance
The griddle is easy to clean. Use a spatula to slide food scraps and excess oil into the fire. Afterward, you can clean the plancha with a damp cloth and lightly oil it for the next use.
Note: make sure to always store the plancha oiled (at room temperature) to prevent rust damage.
