Simply place the cooking plate, also known as a plancha, onto the fire pit and your cooking adventure can begin!
Outdoor cooking over an authentic fire
The BonPlancha Ø100 is a great cooking plate for the fire pit. It is made of 6 cm thick steel and comes with two handles, making it easy to place the plancha onto the fire pit.
You can expand the plancha with a pizza oven. Simply place the BonPlancha on the fire pit, and in the center, place the BonFeu stand with the BonPizza or other BonFeu accessories, such as the ring for skewers or grill. These accessories further extend the cooking possibilities of the plancha, allowing you to continue experimenting with outdoor cooking!
Cleaning and maintenance
The plancha is easy to clean. Food scraps and excess oil can be easily pushed directly into the fire with a spatula. Afterward, simply wipe the plancha with a damp cloth, lightly oil it, and it will be ready for the next use.
Note: Always store the plancha oiled at room temperature to prevent rust damage.
