Simply place the griddle, also known as a plancha, on the fire bowl, and the cooking adventure can begin!
Outdoor cooking over an authentic fire
The BonPlancha Ø120 is a great griddle for the fire bowl. The griddle is made of 6 cm thick steel and features two handles, making it easy to place the griddle onto the fire bowl.
You can expand the plancha with a pizza oven. To do this, place the BonPlancha on the fire bowl and in the center, place the BonFeu stand with the BonPizza or other BonFeu accessories, such as the skewer or grill ring. With these accessories, you can further extend the griddle with unique cooking possibilities, allowing you to keep experimenting with outdoor cooking!
Cleaning and maintenance
The plancha is easy to clean. Food scraps and excess oil can be easily pushed into the fire with a spatula. Afterward, wipe the plancha with a damp cloth, lightly oil it, and it will be ready for the next use.
Note: Always store the plancha oiled at room temperature to prevent rust damage.
