Outdoor cooking over an authentic fire

The BonPlancha Ø150 is a great griddle for the fire pit. The griddle is made of 6 cm thick steel and is equipped with two handles, making it easy to place the griddle on the fire pit.

Cleaning and maintenance

The plancha is easy to clean. Food remnants and excess oil can be pushed directly into the fire with the spatula. Then, you can wipe the plancha with a damp cloth, oil it lightly, and it's ready for the next use.

Note: Always store the plancha oiled at room temperature to prevent rust damage.
