The BonFeu Food Bumper is specially designed to prevent food from sliding into the fire. The cooking plates of the BonFeu cooking appliances slope slightly downward toward the center. Due to the high temperatures released, the plate will shape itself more inward. This allows grease to flow easily back into the fire, keeping your tiles clean.

The raised steel ring keeps the food in place while still allowing you to scrape the plate clean with a spatula and push excess grease and oil under the ring into the fire.

The Food Bumper is suitable for BonFeu BonBiza appliances and the BonFeu BonPlancha Ø80 cm.
