Outdoor cooking over an authentic fire
The plancha is an essential accessory for the BonFeu BonVes. You can easily place the griddle on the round opening of the BonVes 45. The fire beneath heats the plate, allowing you to cook delicious meals outdoors. The possibilities are endless! All you need is a bit of olive oil and a spatula.
The 6mm thick griddle has a diameter of 55 cm and is equipped with two handles for easy placement.
Maintenance and cleaning
The griddle is very easy to clean. You can simply push food remnants and excess oil directly into the fire with a spatula. Then, clean the plancha with a damp cloth and apply a little oil so it's ready for the next use.
Note: Always store the plancha lightly oiled (at room temperature) to prevent rust damage.
