Cleaning the Rotisserie Set After Use
Since the entire structure hangs above the fire, it's wise to let the set cool down properly. Remove the skewers and let them soak in soapy water with gentle soap.
Tip: If there is fat left on the skewers, use lemon juice to remove the fat. After cleaning, dry the entire set thoroughly and store it indoors. This preserves the quality of the set, allowing it to be used again next time.
