This black steel grill grid makes outdoor cooking very easy. The grill grid can be used on a fire bowl, fire basket or on a chain with a tripod. The grid is available in 6 sizes and has a tough look. Please note: black steel will always rust. Clean the grid thoroughly and store neatly.

Using the cooking grid over an open fire

Thanks to the three holes in the rim, this grill grid can be used with a chain and tripod over an open fire. You can also place the grill grid on a fire bowl or fire basket for grilling. Tip: make sure the grill grid is bigger than the fire bowl or fire basket. This way, the cooking grid is stable above the fire and you can grill safely.

Maintaining the black steel cooking grid

Steel is not rustproof and will rust due to moisture and use. The same applies to this cooking grid. So keep this in mind. Should rust appear on the cooking grid, clean it as follows:

→ Sand the rust off the grid with a wire brush or steel wool.
→ Clean the grill with warm water
→ To preserve the grill grid, you can grease it a little with sunflower oil
