Due to the natural cast iron, the pan will withstand high temperatures well. Note: the handle of the pan is also made of cast iron and will therefore also get very hot.

Cooking on an open fire

Cooking on an open fire is great fun to do. If you have a nice fire and perhaps a tripod, place the cast iron pan close over the fire and fry a delicious egg. But you can also make a chakchuka with this pan. The pan has a spout on both sides for easy pouring. Thanks to its good quality, you can cook intensively with this pan for many years. Tip for first use: coat the pan with oil and warm it up well. After use, you can easily clean the pan with warm water and a brush.

The oil you apply before frying eventually creates a non-stick coating. The oil adheres to the cast iron due to the high temperature and makes a nice layer so that ingredients do not stick.
