You can use this tripod with pulley for cooking over an open fire, a fire bowl or a low fire basket. You place the tripod over the fire and your outdoor kitchen is ready! This tripod has a handy pulley for operating any chain. Note: Chain and grill grid are not included.

Using pulley on tripod

Use the tripod for on top of fire. Before the tripod is on top of the fire, attach the chain and any grill grid to the tripod. The pulley is a very handy feature when it comes to operating the chain. If you have a chain with a pan or grill grid hanging above the fire, you can use the pulley to hang the chain longer or shorter above the fire. For example, if you make a delicious casserole or goulash, you can hang the pan higher above the fire to cook slowly. If you want to quickly grill and cook some hamburgers, vegetables or a fish, you can use the pulley to hang the chain a little lower and use a grill rack to grill everything.
