At Firepit-online.com, you pay online. You can pay in different ways, read more information about all payment methods here.
Can I pay for my order afterwards?
You certainly can! Klarna allows you to pay afterwards. Read about the payment methods that are available.
Are there fees associated with certain payment options?
Only for payments via Klarna do we charge €1.99 extra.
Can I pay in cash?
No it is only possible to pay online.
Which gift cards can I pay with?
On our webshop, you can only pay with the Firepit-online gift voucher. We cannot redeem other gift vouchers.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
Once we have received your return or proof that the products have been returned, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days! For refunds, we will use the same payment method you used on our website.
Do I have to pay for returning a product?
Yes, we do not operate a free return policy, so you have to pay to return a product. Read more about returning products here.
