FORNO SEARE Bole barbecue
A unique item for your garden. The Bole barbecue from Forno has its own design. With a deep fire bowl you build a big fire in the bowl for a lot of warmth and cosiness. In addition, the baking tray will reach the desired temperature in no time due to the heavy fire. Baking, grilling and cooking, everything is possible with the SEARE baking tray of no less than 10 mm thick.
Wood-fired barbecue with sufficient air supply
The SEARE Bole barbecue, like the Halo barbecue, has a unique air supply from the base of the barbecue. These so-called ‘ Aero channels ’ provide sufficient air supply from below, so that the fire can develop well into a beautiful burning fire without too much smoke. Because the fire bowl of the Bole barbecue is extra deep, a lot of wood can be fired for a warm fire. Gather around the fire for cozy evenings while baking tasty dishes.
Cooking with the Bole barbecue
Cooking with this wood-fired barbecue is for the professionals and the simple outdoor chefs. Thanks to the extra deep fire dish, a large fire can be fired, so that the baking tray can quickly reach the desired temperature. With a baking tray of more than 80 cm and a thickness of 10 mm, you can prepare high-quality dishes. Think of large pieces of meat, fish dishes and even various sweet desserts.
Maintain steel and baking tray
Corten steel is a natural material that forms a rust layer against further rusting of the underlying material. This material is therefore very suitable for standing outside all year round. After use, it is recommended to clean the baking tray with a spatula and slide food scraps into the fire. When the baking tray has cooled, grease it with vegetable oil such as sunflower oil. This grease layer protects against rust on the baking tray. Preferably store the baking tray in a dry place such as a shed or garage.
