FORNO SEARE Halo Piezo
This FORNO barbecue differs from all other barbecues of the brand. The SEARE HALO PIEZO is a spacious barbecue, fired on gas. The baking tray of more than 100 cm with a thickness of 10 mm gives the possibility to use the baking tray full for large groups and catering establishments.
Outdoor gas barbecue
Think outside the box with this robust FORNO gas barbecue. Unlike many other barbecues from FORNO and other renowned outdoor brands, the SEARE HALO PIEZO can be used on gas. The gas bottle can be stored behind a bamboo door at the bottom of the base and you can bake on the baking tray in no time.
If the gas supply is placed semi-open, the inner ring of the baking tray will reach a temperature of approximately 220 ° C. If the gas supply is fully opened, the baking tray can reach a core temperature of 335 ° C. The radiant heat from the center will create several heat zones on the baking tray. This allows you to experiment and prepare different ingredients at the same time, in a different heat zone.
Maintain Corten steel and baking tray
The base and fire bowl of the SEARE barbecues are made of durable and high-quality Corten steel. This material does not require maintenance and discolours nicely with the years of use and in contact with moisture and oxygen. The baking tray does need some maintenance. After use, the baking tray can be stripped of food residues and oil residues with a spatula and damp cloth. Before storing the baking tray, it is good to give it a layer of vegetable oil to prevent rust.
