What is a plancha?
A plancha is a baking or grilling plate made of thick sheet steel. The plancha is used on a barbecue, fire pit, fire bowl or garden fireplace. Sometimes the plancha is part of a product, like the BonBiza. When heated, the plancha will reach its highest temperature in the middle and bend slightly inwards to avoid oil on the ground. The inner ring can be used to quickly fry something at a high temperature. Use the outer ring to heat up something or cook it more slowly
