The HEAT barbecue is made of black steel. The barbecue stands on four crossed legs, making it stable for baking both on the ground and on a low table. The barbecue can be closed with a lid on which a thermometer is attached to determine the temperature inside the barbecue. This way, you can achieve the perfect cooking for your dish.
Besides the lid, the air sliders on top and at the front are handy to regulate the temperature. The more air reaches the charcoal, the more it will glow and the higher the temperature will be. If you want the barbecue to go out, close both sliders and let the charcoal cool down.
