The Bernt Chopping Axe is perfect for chopping and pruning large trees. With a long handle and a heavy carbon steel axe head, you can easily chop large tree trunks into small pieces. Design of the hatchet

The handle is finished with a mix of beeswax and linseed oil which gives a smooth yet natural finish. Njord's brand logo is burnt into the handle.
