OFYR Food Bumper
The cooking plates of the OFYR cookers slope downwards towards the middle. When the cooking plates are heated, the middle will drop down even further. The result is that round food such as tomatoes, but also very fatty foods, can roll or slide down the middle of the cooking plate and fall into the fire.
To avoid this, the OFYR Food Bumper has been developed. The raised steel ring stops the food but still allows you to scrape the plate clean with the spatula and push the scrapings under the ring into the fire. The OFYR Food Bumper is made from high quality Coated Steel and weighs 1.27kg for the OFYR 85; and 1.52kg for the OFYR 100 models!
