With OFYR Island, outdoor cooking is a feast for every (amateur) cook

The unique design of the OFYR Island not only creates a show cooking effect, but is also very functional. The conical fire bowl has a wide, flat edge that acts as a baking tray/plancha. From the centre, the heat radiates in a smooth flow, giving the hob several cooking temperatures. Whether you bake eggs, cook vegetables slowly or grill a tender steak, cooking on the OFYR is a feast!

The 12 millimeter thick baking tray is available with a diameter of 100 or 85 cm. Through the wood fire in the fire dish (coal is also possible but is less fun because it does not burn) the plate is heated to approximately 300˚C. Lubricate the plate with oil and bake. The cooking surface is very large: on the plate with a diameter of 100 cm it is easy to cook for 50 people.

Easy to use and easy to clean

Unlike other outdoor cookers, the OFYR is very easy to clean and virtually maintenance-free. Food residues and excess oil end up directly in the fire. The baking tray is very easy to clean with a spatula because all the dirt can be pushed into the fire. Then it is time to wipe it off with a damp cloth and your OFYR is ready for use again.

Thanks to the three-part modular design, the OFYR can easily be moved. The baking tray, the fire tray and the workbench with wood storage can easily be lifted and moved separately. There is a 2 cm hole in the cone which allows rainwater to drain away neatly.

The OFYR Island is available in different versions

On the OFYR Island Black 85 , the chopping board is available in three different versions. You can choose between wood (rubberwood) and two colours of ceramic (light grey and dark grey). The wooden cutting board should be stored indoors after use. The ceramic cutting boards, on the other hand, can simply be left outside on the OFYR Island workbench. Above you can easily indicate your preference.

You also have a choice with regard to the OFYR Island cone. This is available in two different sizes: A fire bowl with a diameter of 85 cm or 100 cm. Please contact us for more information or come and see the OFYR in our showroom.
