How do you use the Bonfire grill? 

- For best grilling results, it is important to season the grill to form a natural non-stick coating. Allow about 30 extra minutes for this before cooking and count on 8 to 10 sessions before optimal results are achieved. 
- Kiln-dried hardwood (such as oak or maple) provides the best heat and flavor. Avoid softwood, plywood, chemically treated or painted wood. For optimal use, burn 4 to 6 medium-sized, split logs into a layer of hot coals. 
- For best grilling results, work with a low, even layer of smoldering coals. Make sure the flames don't get too high. 
- Clean the grill properly. Wipe off grease and food residue while the grill is still hot. Rinse with hot water, dry well and rub with a thin layer of oil. Do not use soap or soak the grill!
