This pizza oven has a compact but unique design. Thanks to its innovative construction, the heat is evenly distributed over the pizza. Within a few minutes, the STOOQ Pizzacosi is already 350 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to let the oven warm up properly for half an hour. Once the oven is properly hot, you will bake the perfect Italian pizza in about 4 minutes. An advantage of the oven is that only a few logs are needed to get the right temperature.
Durable Corten steel
STOOQ's pizza oven is made of the durable material Corten steel. The special thing about this weatherproof material is that oxidation creates a dense and protective oxide skin. This layer protects the steel deeper in the oven from external influences. The material typifies itself with a rust colour and thus only develops when the oven is in use. The process may therefore already be underway, making unevenness visible. You might then initially think that you have received the wrong article. However, nothing could be further from the truth.
