The grill is made of high-quality cast iron and can therefore withstand high temperatures. For optimal and long-lasting use, we recommend cleaning the grid after each use. Then allow the cooking grid to dry thoroughly and lubricate with a little (sunflower) oil. This will ensure that the grid retains its optimum quality. The grid is not dishwasher safe.
