The 4.5 Qt Dutch Oven is a Limited Edition within The Windmill's range. This cast-iron Dutch oven has a capacity of 4.5 litres and comes with a matching lid as standard. What makes this Dutch oven special? The extra high feet under the pan as well as on the lid ensure that it can be placed directly on briquettes for direct heat.

The lid of the pan also has these feet and can therefore also be used for cooking. Let the lid get hot and use it as a baking tray for pancakes, for example.

Pre-seasoned Dutch Oven pan

Pre-seasoned in this case means that the factory has applied a protective layer that is rough to the touch. This is done to prevent damage during transport. Before use, you should still burn the pan to create a non-stick layer in the pan as well.
