The Windmill Loaf ‘n Bread cast iron pan
The Loaf 'n bread Dutch oven is a robust cast-iron pan for making tasty breads, cakes or other dishes. The cast iron pan is pre-seasoned and can therefore be used immediately. As the Dutch oven also comes with a lid, you can also use the pan as a mini-oven by placing glowing coals underneath and on top to keep the temperature constant all around.
Seasoning and frying will create a non-stick coating in the pan, making it easy to take out all dishes.
Cleaning the Loaf 'n Bread cast iron pan
As the Loaf 'n Bread pan is made of durable cast iron, if properly maintained, you can use it for years. After use, you can remove stubborn food residues with a stainless steel scouring pad. After this, you can rinse the pan with hot water. Preferably do not use soap, as this can damage the non-stick coating and the anti-rust layer. Dry the pan well before storing to prevent rusting.
